Really needed to use the bathroom when getting an oil change next door, the lady working lead me straight to the bathroom, no issues. She was extremely kind and understanding, so got dark chocolates and rock candy to pay back the kindness They’re delicious!! Very lovely ladies working and great chocolate!!

I had a major sweet tooth, I planned on going inside just for a small little quarter pound of chocolates, nothing big, just something to satisfy my craving.... Well, it sounded nice but as soon as I opened that door, walked inside and smelled the aroma of chocolate, I was doomed from the moment I put my right foot into the door. lol From only wanted a quarter of chocolate ended up being a 1/2 lb of this and a 1/2 lb of that, with some 1/2 lbs more of this and that. I will be putting my weight scale away for awhile. lol But I don't come here often, so I guess I am surely making up for it. Also, I just love the environment. The ladies there are super friendly, the store is really clean! It's always a pleasant experience for me! The chocolate is so delicious and you can really tell that it's premium, well worth the price. To me, I pay for quality and Suzin L.'s is top quality when it comes to chocolate, you can taste the love, the craftsmanship into their chocolates! I also love their loyalty program! All in All, look no further when looking for premium, non mass produced, high quality ingredient chocolates! They greet you with a smile and always makes me feel welcome!

There was one woman working there who was EXTREMELY rude to my grandma. She had asked a simple question wondering if they made the strawberries at the location and she was told her that they are made in Elyria and I quote “do you have a problem with that?” To my grandma had responded “yeah actually, we don’t wanna go all the way to elyria” And then the woman proceeded to roll her eyes and get an extremely nasty attitude when telling us that they sell them there as well they just don’t make them there and asked if we wanted them. We took the strawberries and she asked if we wanted anything else so my grandma said “ Yeah, some respect” To which she responded that she was “sorry” Extremely dismissively and she just didn’t understand the question. I work in customer service and I’m only 16 and I know better than to talk to customers like that no matter how silly the question is. This was the older more heavy woman with short white hair. We did not get a name unfortunately otherwise I would be sharing that in my review.

When you see a box of these, you know exactly where they’re from Suzin L’s in Amherst or Elyria! I love the milk chocolate covered strawberries- they have a liquid filling inside that makes them very juicy! I also love their turtles - sea salt or regular, the Chocolate covered grapes and potato chips! I like the unique chocolate covered items!

I'm a chocoholic. Definition is a person who frequently or compulsively eats chocolate. Which means I'm looking for the best chocolate in each state I travel to in the spring/summer/fall. So far SuzinL Chocolatier is on the top of the list. The white chocolate melt away unbelievable. So if you are in the great state of Ohio make sure to put this place on your list of places.
